As the Kitchen Manager at Unity Jazz, I was responsible for the menu, ordering supplies, and ensuring smooth daily service. Together with the owners, it was my responsibility and goal to set the tone for the kitchen and align with the vision of Gothenburg's most captivating jazz club.
Kitchen Manager
Unity Jazz · Full-time
Sep 2020 - Aug 2021 · Göteborg
For the past 10 years, I have been working in the culinary industry. I started out as an uneducated enthusiast and have since held various positions, including sous chef, kitchen manager, and head chef, while working with a range of cuisines. I've worked in small wine bars and busy hotels, which has taught me to be adaptable, to understand new concepts, and to effectively plan, lead, and collaborate. Some of the restaurants is from most recent is Grusgrus, Häktet, and as mentioned Unity Jazz.
My recent experiences have included working with film productions and developing recipes for various brands including Garant, Le Gruyere and Hellman’s.

Annefrid Lundgren and I were assigned the task of creating the set design for fashion designer Ida Sjöstedt's collection, 'Secret Garden', which was showcased at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in 2010. The following year, we were delighted to work on her collection 'Crystal Palace' as well. Our biggest challenge was assembling the print, which comprised three large prints each measuring over 20 meters.
